The Ottertex 600D Roll-Top cover keeps your stuff dry and contained—whether you're dodging raindrops on the bike or throwing it in the trunk, fully loaded with emergency gear. It’s got adjustable side buckles to cinch it down tight, and 6 D-clips along the bottom so you can strap it to anything your pretty little heart desires. Binding on all interior seam allowances. Now with 2 strap panels front and back that work with most military style pack systems.
These roll-top covers are designed to keep rain, hail, sleet, and snow out. They are not meant to be submerged and are not “waterproof”. The material it’s made from IS “Waterproof”.
